I've been workin out for a very good while now and have Lost a decent amount of weight, however my stomach is not gettin the results I would like for it to have. I run about 4 miles a day, do strength training, and eat healthy. I don't know what else to do! Any advice?

Hey Carley,
The belly & abs are mostly the result of our daily diet...so, focus more on what u eat & try to decreas the carb intake...also, if u have some belly fat, try to jump rope between ur workout rounds(e.g jumpe rope-push ups-jumpe rope-squats...etc).

The belly Is the Last Body Part, where u will lose fat....First goes the fat from everywhere Else. So Keep hangin on Ure on the right way.
