Diet plan and workout plan? Gotta slim down for my homecoming dance in November. XD

Stay away from processed foods,sugar,white bread, flour,sodas!! Jump rope(10-20min) &do cardio with 3 or 5lb handweights 4-5days a week for 30-45minutes. I promise u u will look your best!:-)
