Diet ideas for losing weight in the chest, hips, and thighs.

Not eat so much sweets :)- try to eat a lot fruits and healthy things. I eat after 6 pm nothing anymore

Right so these are your problematic areas in your opinion. Do u know your body mass index? How much weight do u need to lose to get to your ideal bmi. Know your basal metabolic rate, you need to expend more energy than your consuming. So burn more calories than your basal met rate

I dont know my BMI but I weigh 170 and my goal is 140...

I agree use my fitness pal, it's free and calories counts, gd tracker. Google bmi as there is a formula, u need your height. U want to lose 30lbs, over what duration, how many lbs a week

So you need to lose a min of 2lbs a week to lose total of 30. 500 kcal equals 1 lbs so u need to burn more than 1000 calories than u need a week

So your only just out of 'healthy'  range of approx between 20-25 but wouldn't get too hung up over that, just wanted to know if it was healthy for u to lose any weight.

Yeah, im over weight, and its mostly in my chest, hios and thighs.

So u want diet tips. Most ppl go for around 1500 kcal a day allowance while dieting, so kcal count around this mark. Do u want eating tips or diet program advice

Losing weight Is also a whole body experience, dieting doesn't really target specific areas
