So you need to lose a min of 2lbs a week to lose total of 30. 500 kcal equals 1 lbs so u need to burn more than 1000 calories than u need a week
So your only just out of 'healthy' range of approx between 20-25 but wouldn't get too hung up over that, just wanted to know if it was healthy for u to lose any weight.
