Just wondering how much u guys lost? in what frame of time! How? Also what was Ur start weight.
The first time I lost weight I went from 135 lb to 109 in about 4 months by becoming more active (no muscle building, just simply moving around more) and overhauling my diet. I quit eating fast food and I quit eating st restaurants. I went to meats & veggies in smaller portions. I also changed my snacks from high sodium diet products to things like green beans and celery.
I am 5'5". I am currently 123.
