Im looking for a workout that will help time my thighs and get rid of the unwanted far there. Any workouts/ foods/ tips to accomplish this?

I've always had large thighs that won't seem to go away but I try to keep them at least tone by doing wall sits, squats, and things like that, hope it helps!!

If you do them slow then yes
