Hi everyone do anybody know how to loose 10lbs with walking and watching calories have anybody lost 10lbs or more with doing that my question is what did u do and eat to loose 10lbs and how long did it take you thanks !
Not from personal experience here but, I have seen many friends do very well with low carb diets. Vegetables and meat only. Plenty of exercise, don't skip breakfast, minimize dinner. Pick up a book on the subject if it interests you.
Can i have fruits with that or not cause you only listed veggies and meats so i was just asking..
