Is this a good workout plan?

So I plan on doing 30 mins of cardio everyday.On Monday I work on my upper body,Tuesday on my abs,Wednesday on my lower body.Thursday is 1 hour cardio day.Friday is upper body,Saturday abs and Sunday lower body again.
Is this a good plan to lose a little weight and get a toned body?

Give yourself a day, if not the weekend, too rest and recover. Without time to rebuild your muscles they may do the opposite of getting bigger. Cardio everyday, however, is great so long as you are eating and drinking enough to support it.

Yes but i would recommend abs every day
