School lunches..HELP

My school doesn't have great foods and I don't pack my lunch but they do sell yogurt, and salads. I weigh 140.. If I ate just yogurt or just a salad a day would I lose weight?

I'm sure you would, you should also try the military diet. It worked really well on me and its very simple, I lost about 6lbs using that. I don't weigh that much but it felt awesome to lose 6lbs! (:

Hi Brandi! What u nd to know about weight loss is more is less. U nd to try and eat upto 6small meals a day to boost yr metabolism. U may hve a slow metabolic rate. Also if u only eat once or twice a day tht isn't good. Wot happens is yr body goes into fat saving mode,bcos it isn't being fed regularly. Yoghurt n salad is a great start tho. GD LUCK :)
