i workout early in the morning and late at night.

I worked out every morning but I don't do it late at night coz it keeps me awake and energized hahaha

Depends. Usually just after waking up or just before the bed. But it can be generally every time.

I find evening best because then you burn off any food you've eaten

Usually if I am running, between 9am-12pm but I love to do a lot of weight training but it is hard to go to the gym

I workout at 7am! Going to change it to 6AM since school starts soon. I feel great doing it early in the morning since it makes my day and keeps me focused with my daily routines and what I eat through out the day.
