I'd like to lose 40lbs, ive already lost 10-13. I'm in no hurry. Hoping to lose it by next year or the following year. I know it sounds like a lot and i know im young, but im determined. I gained 50lbs after being abused. Anyways my question is Should i lose the fat first and tone later? Or Tone and lose weight at the same time? I don't wanna get flabby. Please help.
