Best way to tone up?

I am at that point where I just need to tone my stomach, bum and thighs. I am not overweight just a bit pudgy. Whats the best way to do this? Do I need to change my diet too? Help!

Bring yourself in good shape,reduce your calories daily intake by 10,20,30% gradually,eat well and clean,raise your proteins intake and train 5-6 times per week,combine strenght and lots of cardio in one training...briefly from me

Thank you! Ive cut out all the bad fatty foods and am just eating three healthy meals a day and an hour or so of exercise and can already feel the difference!! Thanks :)

It depends what your nutritional intake is at the moment?. High intensity cardio is very popular like tabata or circuit style,  use weights to tone up a little.
