I am at that point where I just need to tone my stomach, bum and thighs. I am not overweight just a bit pudgy. Whats the best way to do this? Do I need to change my diet too? Help!
Bring yourself in good shape,reduce your calories daily intake by 10,20,30% gradually,eat well and clean,raise your proteins intake and train 5-6 times per week,combine strenght and lots of cardio in one training...briefly from me
It depends what your nutritional intake is at the moment?. High intensity cardio is very popular like tabata or circuit style, use weights to tone up a little.
