Switch it up do kinesthetic workouts for a bit then switch back to heavier weights

I watch what I eat to help rebuild my muscles, and stretch throughout the day. I rarely get sore anymore but I am seeing progress.
Unfortunately I feel the same way-if I'm not sore I must not be working hard enough. Try increasing weight when lifting, maybe the soreness from that the next morning will boost your confidence ;)

Ps: if you've hit a plateau you definately need to change your routine and add more resistance.

I try to switch my workouts up every 4 to 6 weeks

Myth, IMO, but there are days that I feel like I didn't achieve my goal when I don't get sore. I then have to real my ego in and realize that I bring hardcore everyday. I change my routine every 6 weeks to prevent plateaus and maximize my potential for more growth. However, even with a very finely tuned diet and plenty of supps, I always get sore in my legs. There's been no way around it for me.
