What food item do you eat everyday? Please share how you eat it. Mine is 1/2 an avocado (In my smoothie or on my salad burrito) Yum. Soft skin. Rid cellulite.

I try to eat different foods everyday, but I do eat one apple per day. They say here "apple a day keeps doctor away" ;)

Sorry I should have proof read my post. Lol I almost always eat an apple. As for the eggs I eat 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg. Or 1/4 cup dry oatmeal with 1 cup strawberries. Those are my 2 breakfast choices
