Healthy snacks?

I need something that will hold me over between meals. Every time I think snacks, I think oreos & pizza LOL Any suggestions?

Fruit, nuts, raw veggies, 100 cal snacks, boiled eggs

Also yogurt, berries, I just try and keep my snacks under 200 cals.

You cant go wrong with fruits veggies and yogurt.  Also sometimes just drinking water can hold you over in between meals.

Pretzels, frozen grapes, apples, yogurt, beef jerky!

raisins and if you make pizza I suggest better put most veggies like brochollies and cabbage then less meat so yummy....Im using low fat cheddar cheese. Mixed fruit smoothies will help you as a detox
