Hii~ I'm new here.
I've been trying to loose weight for months, but I haven't lost any. I can't stop myself from eating sweets, so I hope losing weight and working out would help me to eat healthy.
My goal is to loose 5kgs by Christmas. Who's with me?
I have the same problem with sweets and I'm having trouble losing weight BC of my eating habits!So I definitely need help too
I've lost 4 pounds this week and I'm still in my fat pants :( hopefully by next week I'll be back in my regular clothes!!
