Hii~ I'm new here.
I've been trying to loose weight for months, but I haven't lost any. I can't stop myself from eating sweets, so I hope losing weight and working out would help me to eat healthy.
My goal is to loose 5kgs by Christmas. Who's with me?

If you change your eating habit and workout everyday you can even lose 5 kgs in a month. I'm with you :)

I have the same problem with sweets and I'm having trouble losing weight BC of my eating habits!So I definitely need help too

I watched through your profile and I think you shouldn't actually "lose weight", but to tone up. When you're having more muscles you'll propably going to weight little more but you'll look better and lose your belly. And of course more muscles leada your body to burn more fat. :)

I've lost 4 pounds this week and I'm still in my fat pants :( hopefully by next week I'll be back in my regular clothes!!
