My thighs and calves won't go down ..

I've lost 17 pounds so far so I'm 5'4'' at 143 pounds and my waist looks good and my hips went down a little but man, these legs are not getting thin like I want them to. What do you think I should do?

You can't target where to lose fat, the only solution is to keep loosing weight. Though you must keep in your mind that your body could be that shaped where yoir tights will always be bigger whatever you do. And if that is the case, then only thing you can do is to accept yourself the way you are. 
Till example I'd love to be little. Like thin and small and cute, but I'll never be, my bodyshape won't let it, never. I got these wide shoulders and big thights, kind of body that looks good with muscle (I prefer bodies where of course is muscles, but they're not showing that much).
