Want to lose 50 pounds, best fat-burning workout?

Hi, I'm 15, 5'9 and 240 lbs. I've been wanting to lose weight for a while and am looking for the best workout to shred fat fast. I am in MMA, and go for and 1 hour and 45 minutes, 4 times a week.

I'm 5'11 and used to be 247 and went Down to 203 in about 4 months. I did calorie counting A.D. Tried to stay about 1000 calories or a Lil more daily. I only drank water and reduced milk here and there. A lot of greens and other vegetables and fruits. I ran about 3 miles everyday and about 1.5 miles on the stairmaster, sometimes more. Basically watch what you eat, count calories and burn more then what you ate or at least pretty close.....but once you start seeing improvements don't stop because I did when I reached about 200...
