I've been on the I
palea diet for about a month I lost 25 lbs and almost 5 inches off my waist. anyone interested?

its really simple. no processed foods. no rice, potatoes, beans. no dairy except for eggs (if you can, get ranch eggs) you can eat beef, chicken, pork, duck, lamb, basically any high quality meat specially fish like salmon and cod, and even shrimp. so this its just basics, don't forget to do your own research about the paleo diet, out will change your whole out look on food
