Lifting weights and cardio

Does cardio and then a gym session lifting weights help lose belly fat FASTER than just doing cardio?

I normally lift first then a little cardio but still can warm up before then

Most experts suggest doing weight training first than your cardio u can workout with weighs harder that way doing more muscle damage which speeds up your metabolism

I always advice to hit the weights first and after this cardio. Or split them into 2 workouts!
