Cardio through running, walking, jumping rope, swimming, dancing, etc.. Do cardio that you enjoy! Walking before breakfast is a great fat burner, but only walking. Doing anything more intense will destroy muscle and not burn fat. In regards to food, eat healthy carbs (steel cut oats, quinoa, brown rice, amaranth, etc.), healthy fats (nuts, seeds, coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, etc), lots of low carb vegetables (green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad ingredients, etc.), low sugar fruits (apples, berries, and pears are alright), and meats (beef, chicken, and fish).
