I need ur help so far i lost 45 pounds im 5'7 and 153 my goal is 150 but im trying to tighten my abs after i had my son my stomach dnt look the same can anyone give me some tips plz

What kind of stiff do you like to do? Do you prefer group activities or solo? Mats or standing? Running our biking? Every try kick boxing?

I run sometimes and it doesnt matter if about solo or wit people its just my lower abs i notice my top half is getting flat but my lower half

Kickboxing is excellent.

Abs also have alot to do with what you eat. But as long as you do plenty of complex cardio you will tighten. Sometimes childbirth wrecks havoc on a woman's abdomen and it can be a struggle.
