So hey guys I'm 19 years old and weigh 147lbs I am 5ft 4 I would ideally like to weigh 131lbs. What is the best way to do this. My main weight problem is my belly.

The only way to get rid of belly fat is through nutrition. Watch your calories, fat, sugar, and sodium intake. Exercise must consist of cardio, strength, and resistance training.

I am trying to do the drop 10 workout each day and walking each day are those good and what should I be adding to my workouts to make them better?

You need to add some kind of weight and resistance training. Even if you don't have free weights at home or access to a gym, you can still use things around the house like full water bottles etc. Your muscles need the resistance training to help burn fat. You can very cheaply get stability balls, resistance bands, and resistance to from anywhere like target or Walmart.

Kettlebells are great IF you have the proper form.  They don't work like regular dumbbells.  Tabata is high intensity interval training, so you keep a very high intensity of whatever exercise you are doing and put it in a circuit.
