Think about it
There are about 3500 calories in one pound of fat.
Every two jumoing jacks = 1 calorie burnt.
7000 jumping jacks = 1 pound gone
10 set of a 100 jumping jacks for 1 week will burn a pound.
so heres what id like to do and for others to join:
on top of our current diet and exercise regine we will add on 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks a day for 1 full week. just to try it out(:
it'll only be for 1 week. only 7 days!! doesnt sound too bad. what else do we have to loose besides that 1 pound?
Of course, you gotta resist ...your body will want to just eat more when it feels those calories burning.

Exercising also speeds up your metabolism so you will go through extra calories that you didnt account for :)
That doesn't sound too hard and doing it after or before a workout won't make it too much more difficult. Challenge excepted!
