Shredded females

Any females in here trying to get shredded? Build muscle, tone up and burn fat:)???
If so what are you taking? Doing ? Or eating?

In the morning, I drink a protein shake with fruit and vegetables mixed in, I take a multivitamin each day, eat healthy (no fried, greasy, processed, fast food) for the most part and do exercises to tone my target area (legs and stomach) each day for at least 30 minutes :) To add onto the food part, the only meat I've been eating is seafood and poultry. I also try to have a fruit or vegetable with each meal and a lot of water.
