New to the app!! Wanna lose weight

I would say I am completely over weight I am just not happy with my body right now...I have been running 3 times a week or more and doing other things also.but I am not seeing results fast enough....what is a good weight (fat) lose plan to start...really would like to meet sometime I could talk to everyday.

Google my calorie needs calculator and stay below that number. Just bc u exercise, doesn't mean you'll lose weight if you're not eating right. So cardio almost every day will help and mainly watch calorie intake

Eating smaller meals more frequently helps. You can try eating small portions every 2-3 and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, it would be a good start. Good luck!

I did a work out on here called Spartan run 2..you should try it....I just got out of the army about 7 months ago and I am still in shape but now I wanna get ripped then focus on certain muscle groups.
