I would say I am completely over weight I am just not happy with my body right now...I have been running 3 times a week or more and doing other things also.but I am not seeing results fast enough....what is a good weight (fat) lose plan to start...really would like to meet sometime I could talk to everyday.
Eating smaller meals more frequently helps. You can try eating small portions every 2-3 and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, it would be a good start. Good luck!
