I used to weigh 285 and have lost 75 lbs. I weigh 210 now bt cant seem to lose anymore.I need advice on what to do next since I have stopped losing weight and have actually gained a couple pounds back. Any replies or suggestions would be great.
I have been walking everyday. I choose different exercises from here mostly legs arms n abs As for food I've been eating whatever I want just in small portions I dnt like veggies bt i have been experimenting a lil bit so now I eat like peppers cucumbers n lettuce
The same thing happened to me when i lost 20pounds. Just relax, your building muscle. After 2 weeks i started losing again. Stress about gaining is your worst enemy :) And congrads! 75 is a big number
