Hey e1 I m a mommy to a 10mths old baby girl..n wana shed loads of weight..hv started gyming but diet is a prob..m drinkin 2 glasses of warm water in the mornin empty stomach.wit lil lemon juice n half spoon honey.I hv heard it works wonders..u can try this..
