Hey guys:)) can anyone tell me wat kinda food should I eat if I wanna lose weight fast?? Any idea please?? Thankiew:3

Chew 32 times , it ll make u concious of what u r eating n how much rest have a balanced diet with sugar not exceeding 45 grams and arrest on oily stuff

Add good ammount of greens and leafy veggies 50% of your diet should be green i knw it will be hard but you will get there gradually (dont just give up everything on day one)

There's this 10 day diet where 90% of what you eat each day is fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains and nuts. Then 10% is meat and (unnatural) sugar. Also only drink water. This worked for me and I pretty much have made it my lifestyle because I just feel healthier, but try it for 10 days if you want and see how it goes  :)
