Hey guys , last year i ve been very stressed and i have won like 10 kilograms by just eating and resting for the rest of the day , and now i started doing workouts for 1 week but I see no différence so.please is there any suggested workouts to lose weight , btw i dont feel comfortable going for a run i prefer to workout at home

You can start with cardio workouts. Eat clean in other words focus on whole grain foods to feel fuller longer. Drink more water.

You can balance your calorie budget by uploading myfitnesspal app. Log your daily food intake and workouts and track your calories so you know how much your taking in.
