Good job! The first step, starting, is always the hardest. You may feel sore, tired, and demotivated after a few tries, but never give up. Give it a few weeks and you'll definitely see progress. Best of luck!

Girl i know it sucks when trying 2 loose weight. Trust me i have been trough that already.iam 5 feet 2 inches and i use 2 weigh 195 pndnds went down 2 101 pounds in a year.just do it girl

Last year...89 lbs in 7 months

Then I got pregnant, gained 67lbs back ;-)
Currently down 56 lbs in 4.5 months this time around... Trying to lose another 14 lbs.

Just starting out as of yesterday so none yet... I weigh 176 and I am 5'2.

14.4 lbs in 8 weeks, eating healthy (not on a diet I just try to stick to 40-30-30 and the right amount of calories but to be honest I still eat Doritos and tacos from time to time) and working out 5 times a week, 1-2 hours each day. 

I take a spinning class 3 times a week, kickboxing 2 times a week and combine them with a 20-40 min run, a strength routine and this app when Im home.

Love ur routine as for im barely starting out I want to be healthy n the only I was really skinny was in high school I miss those days But now Im starting to make a change wit myself hopefully forever

I know! I'm 23, I live alone and work all day so eeeverday I ate fast food and I didn't workout not even a little, I gained 26 lbs in one year until I decided to stop making excuses, went to a nutritionist and joined the gym. Now I cook everyday and I learned to manage my time to workout, is not really that difficult, when eating healthy I feel better with more energy and there's no guilt after. When Im craving for hamburguer I cook a portobello burguer instead or when I want pancakes with whipped cream I cook...

I gaigned 2 kilos,but that was my goal.Before I tried to gain weight by eating very much,but it didn't work.Now Im working out and gaigning muscles
