I hear people say... muscle weighs more than fat... how does that work...? A pound of muscle and a pound of fat... are still a pound.... yes? Where does the difference lie...? This has got me stumped & curious!?

Muscle is more dense than fat therefore it actually weighs more

It takes a lot more fat to equal a pound than it does muscle kinds like bricks vs feathers
