So I'm trying to loose weight and was wondering how much water is too much. I want to avoid gaining too much "water weight"

Never heard of too much water, how much do you drink a day?

I don't know about "water weight", I am not sure water actually makes you gain weight. I always thought you pee out or sweat out the extra weight... 😳

I do know that two litres within an hour have killed people. Water intoxication is dangerous, and yes, there is such a thing as too much water (or liquid). Might want to look it up.

Try drinking a gallon a day that's a nice safe & effective amount.

oddly there is such a thing as to much water you can literally drowned your cells.  sadly I do not know what amount that is.  a good indication of the right amount of water is if ur urine has just the very faintest hint of yellow.
