Hai, im still new here, im looking for some advice about what workouts i should do for me to lose weight .
Run, walk,cardio lots of cardio and stop eating junk like pizza

Definitely start with a healthy diet, lots of lean proteins, fruits and veggies. Stay away from sugary juices and soda, simple carbs like white bread. I personally recommend avoiding dairy, It's very high in fat. If you need milk try vanilla almond milk, it's a great healthy substitute and only 60 calories a serving.
As far as workouts, start low impact. Walk walk walk! I lost about 30 lbs with just diet and walking when I was overweight. Swimming and biking are also great while the weather still holds up.
But diet is going to be one of the biggest things. You can workout all you want but if you're eating crap it'll take longer to where you want to be. Goodluck :-) you can do it.

Eat whatever u like but be active. At least I lost weight folowing this example. I have also ate junk food, and I am still addictive to sweets. 175 cm 65 kg. Some people tell I am skinny. They cant believe how much I eat. Just be active and be obsessed with sports.
