Need to loose 4 stone and get fit with regular exercise. Any suggestions on where to begin with eating and which exercises.

Start a food diary to monitor what you're actually eating and then start finding ways to get more active as part of your daily routine. Start by 3xweek 30 mins anything that makes you out of breath and a bit sweaty and build from there. Hope this helps.
