I workout but I usually don't know what to eat! Like what should I have for breakfast for example? How many meals a day? Help me out guysss
You should eat about six small meals a day. Eat salads, fruit, veggies, lean meats. Cut down on fats and carbs.
Try to stick with whole foods, real foods...not processed or man made stuff. Fruits veggies some meats and fish, eggs. Whole grains, brown rice, quinoa, maybe oatmeal.
i like some fried eggs over brown rice.
You can get some natural healthy cereal at a local whole foods store and have it with low sugar almond milk.
Oatmeal or plain unsweetened yogurt and fresh fruit.
Fruits and a handful of nuts.
Hard boiled egg.
avoid sugar as much as possible
