I don't havr a lot of time during the day, but could some give me workouts and tips?
What I'll do is a quick workout before every shower. Find some core exercises you like and it won't feel like a chore. Make a list and it could have crunches, cardio, wall sits, etc. Another thing; find sneaky ways to do it while you are doing something you do daily, like brushing your teeth. Do a full 2 minute wall sit while you brush your teeth and progress will show! Another example, everytime you drop something and have to get down to the floor to pick it up, do 20 crunches. Little things like that will make it feel like your not working out at all!
