Ok, so I loveee to do cardio workouts, but I am super duper worried I am going to lose my rear! Of course you cant choose where you want to lose, but I've heard so many different stories of women using cardio to burn belly fat, as this is my goal as well, but they also lost their butts. I am trying to lose 30 lbs and work towards my dream body! TeamThickNFit Anyone in the same boat as me? What exercises or diet plans do yall recommend to burn belly fat but also keep my backside present? Thanks yall
