If you like follow me with the routines I made I lost back in time 67lbs within 8 months. In combination with low carb + low fat + no sugar and plus extreme cardio but it worked for me. According to my pulse watch I burned 390 calories with my workout depends how intense you work out. :-) let me know if you like it.

A clean diet of fiber n protien. Nothing white only color food red meat is ok as long as its lean. I just did fish fried baked what ever tuna out the can salmon fresh and canned and a nice colorful salad or steamed veg and fish is nothing calorie wise so u can have 2 or three pieces if ur not full cuz some exercise days are horrible on the diet. And water water water. I have lost almost 30lbs and went from a size 18 to 10-12 it works. N i still have bad days where im eating the sugar and stuff but it dosent set me back at all. Hope this helps

Hello

I got fix lime, lemon and orange put in the blend machine then put in the water fresh drink sound juice. Help clean my body lose weight . Yes I got 9lb down weight .

Good morning you also drink green tea it helps to burn fat, gives energy and it also will curve your appetite if you drink it 30mins before your meal. Also almonds throughout the day is good too. Alot of cardio is great way to aid in weight loss follow me so we can push each other to our goals.

today i got bored home . went focus workout long .. i feel good hummm. chill good a day .. I love  varise workout trainer :) I got workout w stair 75 whew ..burn sore all my body wow!!!!

Once I'm workout w skimble training 20 to 30 min 3 -4 time weekdays ..... 
And I workout w DVD power walk, tone up , sculpt , upper and lower body 45 min to 75 min 6 to 7 a day night ..
