A clean diet of fiber n protien. Nothing white only color food red meat is ok as long as its lean. I just did fish fried baked what ever tuna out the can salmon fresh and canned and a nice colorful salad or steamed veg and fish is nothing calorie wise so u can have 2 or three pieces if ur not full cuz some exercise days are horrible on the diet. And water water water. I have lost almost 30lbs and went from a size 18 to 10-12 it works. N i still have bad days where im eating the sugar and stuff but it dosent set me back at all. Good morning you also drink green tea it helps to burn fat, gives energy and it also will curve your appetite if you drink it 30mins before your meal. Also almonds throughout the day is good too. Alot of cardio is great way to aid in weight loss follow me so we can push each other to our goals.
