Want to know which will give best result..
1. Doing an abs workout programme and then go for running

2. Vice versa of 1st

3. Doing an abs workout programme in morning and run in the evening

3. Vice versa of 3rd

Running empty stomach will give u best results . I wud recommend u vice versa of 3rd..
PS-drink black coffee before workout.. it will boost ur metabolism nd will help you to undertake more focused workout.. best of luck..
