HOW the helicopter do I burn fat on my stomach faster? I've literally done everything :( but pills and I used to have a sexy tummy but now ...Its fat :( what do I do??

Everyone's body is different in reacting to exercise.... Your lower part of your tummy is the hardest to get flat. Crunch your but off and do Cardio. It will come in time. My fav is the Russian twist

Eat healthy, yoga in the morning, do like 30 mins of cardio every day or every other day. Drink a lot of water! This helped me a lot and actually did it. Cause I figured out that you can actually build muscle under your belly fat. Also eat small portion of meals 5 times a day to keep you full.

Don't eat three hours before bed. Exercise before bed. You'll burn fat while you sleep. Eat more fruits and veggies and healthy foods.
