I'm 5'6'' and weigh 57kg/9st. Is this a healthy weight?

Hi! :-) just wondering is my height/weight ratio healthy and if so what would be the range of weight i could flux between in order to remain a healthy weight? Thanks any answer appreciated :-D x

Yeah..absolutely ur height weight ratio are fine. .I  think u need to ADD More..!!
See my wei/hei is 178 lbs/5 ft 9 inch. .I think tats never matching. .

To know whether ur weight is appropriate for ur height or not,use Body Mass Index(BMI)
BMI=weight in kilograms/height in square metre
If it BMI is between 18.5-23.9 u r healthy

Your weight is healthy :) as far as a range goes, you probably have a little room down a couple kg (but you don't need to lose any!) and you have more room up. But really your weight is healthy, you're in a good spot, doesn't seem like you need to change any.
