Two workouts daily?

Hey guys. M thinking of working out twice a day. One in the early morning (running) and one in the evening (body weight) .. is that a gud idea or will I just get burned out?
Needs guidance or any tips..

Yes it is fine to do that. Just make sure u give yourself adequate rest time and drink lots of water. It would be helpful if u also invest in a good protein shake or recovery supplement

Also make sure u are stretching after each workout!

I do this sometimes. keep yourself hydrated,eat protein. I recommend a protein shake after the weights.
