So I have chicken legs. .. and I'm trying to get rid of them. . Any tips?

I'm doing about 150 squats everyday And how much protein should I be consuming?

U might have to do weight training then- helps build muscle quick if u eat protein just try to eat more protein than anything like chicken nd stuff. When i had surgery on my knee (bad fall in gymnastics) my leg was way smaller and weaker my trainer just made me keep doing weight training on my legs and in a few months it was back to the same size. Also after having my son i lost weight but my legs were too small too i was a 0 in pants but im trying to do the same and i...
