My weakness is pasta,  bread and above all rice. Rice  with black beans and ox tail gravy! LLLLLLOOOOOOOOORRRRRDDDDD, whatta temptation. Lol, im to sink into that temptetation once a week, cause u know. Lol

Well yeah you gotta have a cheat day once a week but bread I can actually say away from. My cheat food is Chinese so two times a month is what I do.

Omg I got hungry reading that! My bad habit is portions. When I make pallea our spaghetti instead of eating a normal human size portion I'll eat like two behemoth size plates lol I'm working on it tho!!!!

I want to drop about 50lbs. I've lost 22 so far, but staying in the race is becoming increasingly harder. Hopefully being connect with more people like myself will help me.

I have gained weight 2 out of the last 10 weeks but I been on crutches for two weeks...and couldn't do my normal workout

So I think we all have a over indulging issue lol! We all wanna loose but are we up for giving check ins on each other as far as working out 3-5 times a week and clean eating to motivate one another? And what are your problem areas that you wanna loose? For me it's belly thighs and arms.

I really want to work on my jiggly arms, back fat and lower stomach. I know I'm probably not gonna lose all but I'm motivated.Also I drink 2 gallons of water a day...and low cal food.

I am down for that! I agree that I have a problem with over indulgence and I know I need the motivation. I'm also trying to work on making healthy food choices so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to hearing them!

I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds by December 6th for my Singles Cruise....if I meet someone I wanna give the other girls a run for their money and feel just as good to mingle and have a great time ;)

I would love to lose at least 50 pounds ...but wouldn't mind 60. I'm 198 and 5'6". Just had my second child 6 weeks ago:)

I'm trying to drop fifty. I typically lose a pound a day, so I don't think it'll be that hard. I've already lost 20 :)

Haha I use an app call my fitness pal. It keeps track of calories and exercise spent. It's very helpful.
