Who else is trying to lose 50+ pounds?

Cool. :-) I started two weeks ago. This week will be week 3. I haven't lost any weight yet. But I'm really seeing improvements with strength and endurance. HBU? Any results?

It's been about a month and I've burned off 15 so far.

I think you shouldn't set your goals that high. I'd do it step by step. It is much more motivating when you reach your small goals.

I do. Those are short term goals. :-) My long term is to lose 50 pounds. Short term is four pounds at the end of the month.
