Hey everybody,
I just downloaded this app today in hoping I could reach my goals.
I've been trying to lose weight but haven't had much motivation to do so. I'm looking to lose a goal of 30 pounds, tone my arms and upper legs, and work on shaping my butt.
Any help is much appreciated. Thanks. :)

Definitely incorporate weight lifting to you workout routing to tone up and strengthen those body parts. For example, I do 4 days weight lifting and 3 days 20-min HIIT cardio (I do Fat burner Deluxe here). I definitely work up a sweat with that one. Obviously, clean healthy eating!
