Is it possible to lose 48lbs in 1 month, and keep it off? If so.. How?

I.honestly think.it would be.unhealthy because if you don't eat and do lose the weight your torturing yourself and soon as you eat 2 meals it'll come back work out to much wake up the next day stiff as a brick :SO. What I suggest keep at 4 5 10 pound a month and eat 3 meals a day and.dink water before each meal

Fills you up do u don't feel hungry and use a smaller plate

Not likey unless your like 500 pounds, then still may not be able to even at 500
