Use a smaller plate then you'll be obligated to eating less
Drink a bottle of water after you eat.
if you get the urge to mid meal Munch eat a apple or banana or any fruit or keep drinking water.
This way you'll stay full get the necessary amount of water in a day and stay full GUARANTEED Hope this helps
