What do you do to tone your thighs besides squats and lunges???

Well, I've been doing the Get It Gurl workout and I think it's working. It's a full body workout but I feel that it's mostly the lower body. It's the only workout I do on here now. You should look it up :) I hope I helped!

Running, lying leg lifts, kicks, lying leg circles, clams, walking, all squat variations, all lunge variations, jumping jacks, jump rope, all squat hold variations, all lunge hold variations, yoga poses...
