Hello Everyone, can someone tell me what are you using as Fish Oil tablets (omega 3,6 & 9) Supplements or GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid
). The fish oil tabs, has all 3 omega's but small amount of each, while GLA has a higher amount of fatty acids promoting Omega 6.
I would like the highest grade and strength available.
Which one are you using for your Omega intake? Thanks in advance
